    The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2360--A Bill to amend and reenact §11-1C-5b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to modifying annual deadline for the Tax Commissioner to calculate the total assessed values for the purpose of calculating local share for each county and report the total assessed values to the state Board of Education.
